Exceeded our expectations, Very happy with all the facilities, would highly recommend. Nothing major as 3 little words takes you to the entrance, not everyone has the app, therefore just needs stating access to property is through Bircham Avenue close, easy enough if you know beforehand.

Dobra, cicha lokalizacja. Bardzo przestronny lokal, czysty i wyposażony we wszystko co trzeba. Oprócz salonu, sypialni (ogromna, wysoka i dużo wolnej przestrzeni), łazienki i kuchni jest jeszcze weranda - z dużym stołem i świetnym oświetleniem dziennym (szyby wokół). Nie znajduję żadnych słabych stron.

Excellent apartment. All facilities that we needed. Very comfortable. Very clean. Good location. We had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you Quilt was too hot for the summer, but I had my own anyway as I find this to be the case in most places

It’s was wonderful and had everything we needed we booked last minute we literally had our original hotel cancel as we were boarding the ferry and was lucky to have availability at the elms Finding the car accessible entrance if you don’t know the area can be difficult and it would be beneficial if the owners gave details of the housing estate where the enterence is (postcode)

Everything, This property is unbelievable good. It's modern, clean, beautifully decorated, has everything you could ever need, If I go back to the island I would have no hesitation in booking this property again. Nothing

Lovely and quiet place but very close to the town. Very clean and had everything we needed Bathroom needs a better fan, it can smell quite bad after everyone has had a shower

Excellent location especially if staying for the TT. Absolutely spotless with everything you needed including cleaning products. The bed was incredibly comfortable as were the sofas. The WiFi worked perfectly and having a smart TV a real bonus. We loved having a washing machine and tumble dryer. It was a fantastic stay and we can’t to go back. The doors are very heavy and slam if you forget to hold them to close.

Great location for a quick walk up to watch the bikes. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. Parking available outside. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Sometimes there wasn’t any parking nearby.
