Just returned from a four night stay in apartment No.7 (top floor, so quite a climb). The space was perfect for our needs; very quiet, clean, modern and comfortable. A minute's walk from the prom and less than minutes walk to main shops and restaurants. We had our bikes with us and there's a great indoor bike store on the ground floor. We will have no hesitation recommending 8 Clifton Terrace to friends and family, and we'll definitely look to stay here again on our next trip. The apartment was lovely. Location was right off the Promenade. Tesco a 3 min walk away. Really peaceful place. Super clean as well. Everything looked brand new. The fire doors are quite heavy and itโ€™s a little inconvenient to have the wardrobe behind the main door, rather than in the room. Additionally, the flat is on the top floor with no lift so be prepared to climb a few flights of stairs. Other than that, the property is brilliant and we truly enjoyed our stay there. David was a brilliant host, he was accommodating and responsive and it was a pleasure to stay at his property.

Our stay was wonderful! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very welcoming, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was great and we really enjoyed our time here. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return in the future.

After reading the other reviews I felt confident that David and his property would be fantastic and I was right! Highly recommended the property: the location is spot on and despite being very close to town itโ€™s lovely and quiet. No designated parking but plenty of side street spaces within 2 min walk. The area feels very safe and at no point did we worry abut the car or walking around at night. David as a host is extremely hospitable and responsive- answering any queries and questions via text and calls. Canโ€™t fault him! We will certainly be back and I only hope that by writing this review it doesnโ€™t mean itโ€™s overbooked and I canโ€™t get in! :)
